Finally he came to his conclusion:  first things first!  Before he could decide on the right course of action he would have to figure out what is REALLY going on.  And he knew someone who   with her extensive collection of Vintage Clothing,  could help infiltrate the next high level meeting.  He picked up the phone to call Swapper Babe...
